Robosapien Hackers Handbook
Tab Robotics came out with a full book that outlines and blueprints the Robosapien. This of course didn't happen until the next robosapien version came out to steer away from Lawsuits. The book gives tutorials on modifying the little guys for a little more fun. It also throws out many ideas to base your own really cool mods from. Wowee never actually responded to this negatively. Instead they use the " sit back and watch" approach. It customers find they want a little something more from a product and change it it helps Wowee. Wowee simply tracks the public interest in certian mods and tutorials and take those in mind when making the new model. The first thing that was changed is Robosapiens hands and He was given a " royal knight" helmet with blue eyes instead of the red eyed space invader helmet that probably gave kids nightmares.
